INHABIT
Program & Community
October 2026 - June 2027
INHABIT is a nine-month online embodiment experience for women in midlife and beyond who crave guidance, connection, and to feel at home in their body and life.
You probably know plenty of health and wellness information already - what makes all the difference is how you move into action. Inhabit follows a seasonal rhythm, teaching you simplified daily habits and spiritual-somatic principles that restore your aliveness.
Through curated guided yoga practice, mentorship, writing prompts, meaningful conversation and the support of an intimate circle, you'll build deep self-trust and tend your strength, rest, and self-expression. This is a space where all of you is welcome, to embrace who you’re becoming in this season of life.
Space limited to 20 women
Enrolling now - book a call and let’s chat

18 Live Circles: Gather 2x/month for guided yoga practice & real conversations in community

INHABIT is designed to turn understanding into action, embodiment we live and breathe - and appreciate every day.
INHABIT is for you if:
You’re tired of bouncing from one course to another, and you’re ready to put down roots within yourself through steady practice and the close guidance of a seasoned teacher. This isn’t another course to collect, it’s a living practice with YOU designing your next steps - and taking them.
You’ve been ignoring, second-guessing, or putting off what you truly need, and you’re ready to name your desires and listen to yourself more honestly.
You’ve been meaning to begin again, or your old way of practicing no longer fits who you are now, and you’re ready for a movement practice that meets this stage of your life.
You’re craving deeper conversation instead of surface-level connection, and you want nourishing, candid discussions with other self-governed women.
You feel a longing for something more integrated and meaningful, and you want synthesis, relationship, and mentorship instead of more disconnected information overwhelm.
You’re ready to invest in yourself and show up consistently, even imperfectly, and you want to be supported, witnessed, and held in community as you do.

Not sure if INHABIT is for you? Let’s talk!
Hi, I’m Cheri!
I have spent more than two decades helping people build a more skillful, trusting relationship with their bodies through movement, yoga therapy, nervous system education and embodied practice.
My work is rooted in a simple belief: lasting results don’t come from more information alone, obligation, or self criticism. It comes from learning how to listen to ourselves, respond to what we need and stay connected to our bodies through the changing seasons of life. Presence and movement are 2 of the essential habits we build and deepen through Inhabit.
I am a C-IAYT yoga therapist, movement educator, personal trainer, dancer and author of Pelvic Yoga Therapy for the Whole Woman: A Professional Guide. I previously served as a founding co-director and lead faculty member for the accredited AlcheMe Yoga Therapy training program and have taught and mentored students and professionals across the U.S. and internationally.
INHABIT brings together the practices I have spent my career studying, teaching and living: embodied awareness, movement, rest, nervous system support, self-inquiry and the power of practicing in community. My role is not to tell you who to become, but to help create the conditions for you to hear yourself more clearly and develop the skills to trust what you find - and act on it, holding yourself in high regard.
Woman, you are a force of nature. I can’t wait to see you remember this truth for yourself.

What our participants have to say:
“I’ve found myself catching my inner critic and negative self-talk with kindness and just redirecting. I’m feeling more and more like I just get to be in my body and enjoy it. I’m really starting to feel solid in who I am.”
B - INHABIT Member“I can see now that the more I focus on inhabiting me and being kinder to me, the more I’m able to feel peace, and right behind it is joy. I have the tools, and I get to choose which one I need. I’m more able to quickly shift gears, move through discomfort, and come back to joy.”
J - INHABIT Member“I’m noticing how little busyness is in my head, and that doesn’t stress me out like it did before. I can just notice my breath and be with my body. I now have systems for my life out there, and I feel more at peace in here, in my mind and body.”
S - INHABIT Member“I’m tending more to myself and my own aliveness and nourishment, even within the resistance and day-to-day fatigue and challenges of parenting and partnership. In the bigger picture of life, I feel a thread of peace that feels more steady, more like that steady center I’ve been looking for.”
J - INHABIT Member“My old pattern is that I push and override until I hit a wall and need to rest. I’m learning how to break the habit of just plowing through life, and to take moments to really check in and see where I’m at. That’s a big process for me.”
T - INHABIT Member“I start what I love, and I finish what I start. I have really done that so much this year. Not everything on my list was done perfectly, but I made so much progress, and my promise to myself is that I’ll continue to accept myself where I am and keep this momentum going. When I first joined I felt nervous to speak on calls, but Inhabit helped me find and strengthen my voice and I’m so grateful.”

-
Why, yes!! Inhabit members receive a complimentary MOVE membership, which includes on demand and live access to varied movement & relaxation classes. Having a regular embodiment practice is key.
You’ll also get priority access to 1:1 sessions at member pricing (optional, additional investment)
-
Calls will be recorded and available inside the members only portal. I strongly encourage you to sign up with the intention of joining at least some of the calls live for the most benefit and most fun. Mark your calendar!
-
Cis- women and female-identifying folks are welcome. Discussions can include anatomy, physiology, sexuality, and relationship dynamics and each person strengthens their inner reference throughout. I don’t teach from a binary of masculine/feminine archetype and instead focus on the range of what it means to be human. Everyone’s story is unique and valid; we make our own meaning from lived experiences. Only supportive, inclusive engagement will be allowed.
-
The practices in INHABIT will generally be accessible for different conditions and considerations, many of which can easily be adapted to seated instead of standing or using the floor, for example. You’re always in charge of your experience and can modify practices as you see fit, and ask questions when necessary. I’m here to support you.
-
Our current group size is limited to 20 participants. This is an intimate, interactive container for your rebirth and embodiment.

I’m so glad you’re honest with this. You’re not alone, and some of the most tremendous growth and gifts I’ve seen in clients over the years is when they learn to speak up and share honestly. If you find courage to join, I believe you’ll be willing to do the work and learn to trust yourself. So much is waiting for you on the other side! Join us

Yes, and…consider your ability to show up regularly (imperfectly!) and share in a group setting. I see people as whole and worthy as they navigate their lived experiences and choose their path forward. Healing is possible, and it takes participation - which is exactly what Inhabit is about. If you have acute triggers or physical symptoms, and question whether group work is right for you, please communicate with me before enrolling and during the Inhabit process. I strongly suggest you have a counselor on your team, and key support people locally as this is an online experience.

YES! You betcha ;)

No refunds or transfers, thanks for understanding. This program is a highly personal commitment and experience. I’ve done my very best to accurately represent the program and be available for questions before joining. If this will be the first time we're working together, schedule a conversation - can’t wait to meet you!

For this 4th annual Inhabit process (2025-2026) I'm able to offer 3 partial scholarships. Please apply for scholarship with the button below, and if you’d like, book a time to chat this week.
Stay connected to yourself - and the path you know is yours to walk
INHABIT gives you the framework and skills to create lasting transformation.
We’ll hold each other through the ups, downs, pivots life requires. You’ll find strength, beauty, and joy in coming home to yourself.
I’m thrilled to hold this brave, powerful space for us all.
